Here's a quick update on the real estate market.  

As of June 1st 

• There are only 600,000 homes listed for sale in the entire U.S.
• The number of Listings has fallen every year since July of 2016
• 9% of the U.S. population wants to purchase a home in 2023
• MA had the lowest number of listings in recorded history the first half of 2023

As a home seller you are in the driver seat. 

• If you need to sell and then rent the house back until you find a home, it's something we see quite a bit recently. 
• Values are holding strong. 
• Houses are selling fast

As a home buyer, be prepared 

• To pay close to asking or above
• Make sure your lender has put your file through underwriting
• Be prepared to have to bid on multiple properties.
