My Story

Get to Know Me

I love selling real estate. I get joy from seeing my clients get excited about their new home and the impact it will have on their lives. The role of a REALTOR is to help clients make decisions about where and how they live while at the same time reducing the stress of those decisions by guiding clients through the whole process with knowledge and integrity. My more than 15 years of sales, marketing and branding experience combined with my background in real estate appraisal has me uniquely positioned to help both sellers and buyers. My background in real estate appraisal allows me to accurately determine the value of a property, which helps sellers sell their home faster and ensures buyers pay a fair price. As someone who is certified in Residential Construction and as a New Home Specialist, buyers can feel confident in my ability to help guide their decisions to the home that is right for them. Having relocated six times, myself in the last 30 years I understand the unique needs of relocating and enjoy collaborating with buyers. For sellers, I use my skills as a former appraiser and marketer to help clients price their home correctly and promote it where the buyers will see the property. I understand selling a home you have lived in for a long time can be stressful and a lot of work. I have developed a program for sellers that takes a lot of the stress and work out of the sellers hands, it's called 4 weeks to list with less stress. And for sellers that want a quick close cash offer, I have partnerships with investors. On a personal note, I am a REALTOR, wife, mother, artist, animal lover and foodie. I've been married for over 25 years to my college sweet heart. I have a daughter heading to NYC for college in the fall, she's turning into a beautiful young woman. I have an 8 year old Golden Retriever Husky mix that I adore and take for hikes regularly. I enjoy exploring my creative side by taking classes in acrylic and oil painting. Who knows maybe in retirement I'll open a studio. I have a degree in Culinary Arts and enjoy creating recipes. I volunteer and donate to charities such as food pantries, animal shelters, homeless shelters, and returning military. A portion of each sale can be donated to the charity of your choice.
